
"La Pirate" ... Roger Larsen ... why isn't he wearing
a red bandana and what happened to the sabre ?
The answer is simple. Roger is doing one of the things
that he really loves: Cooking.

integral part of how we should look upon those around us, as well
as ourselves."
Here we have fresh Tahiti tuna
being marinated in wasabi, oyster sauce and soya.
Clean, cut and swish some vegetables in a wok. Add
some green curry mix, ginger and coconut milk, place the just-cooked
vegetables in a warm ceramic bowl so they can rest and take in
the flavours.
Wok back on the stove, heat up and add oil, sesame
seed oil and ever so quickly, sizzle the tuna for ten seconds on
each side, plate the vegetables in the middle of the plates, add
the tuna on top and sprinkle with a generous handful of fresh
coriander. |
