This Australian sea gull is a beautiful creation
of nature. He lives in the Sydney harbour and this is apparently
as good a place as any for a sea gull to live.
I wonder who his friends are, and who are his enemies?
Does he risk an attack by a shark as he dives for
a fish?
Does he eat little eel friends?
Has he had any children? (bird puppies?, what is
it called?)
Does he come from far away or was he born here?
Has he travelled and seen the coast?
If so, where did he go and what did he see?
I sometime whish we could communicate better with
our animal friends and sometimes, when we have a pet, we can. I
think the only way we can get better at this is by stopping sometimes
and just observe. This is very important.
This is also what this trip was about and I hope
you enjoyed the pictures, as well as the narration, and yes, you
have guessed right; on the next page we will be saying good bye. |
